Très mécontente de cet achat car produit défectueux à la mise en marche, il n’a jamais fonctionné. J’ai contacté le service client qui est très compliqué à avoir, impossible de parler à quelqu’un par téléphone pour leur faire part du problème. Le seul moyen de communication est une messagerie interne qui est sûrement géré par l’IA. On vous demande de joindre des photos dans un certain format sinon vous ne pouvez pas les transférer. Quand vous demandez un remboursement contre renvoi du produit, la proposition faite est un remboursement de 20€ pour un produit qui m’en a couté 126€. Ils vous proposent de vous envoyer les pièces défaillantes, ce qui implique d être en mesure de démonter le produit et de s’y connaître un minimum, ce qui n’est pas mon cas. Très déçue de cet achat , je ne conseille absolument pas ce site dont le service client n’est pas à la hauteur.

Goedkoop is duurkoop. Geen batterij ( wel in de advertentie) geen aparte gescheiden temperatuurregeling voor vriesgedeelte. Beter wat meer betalen. Dit product is beperkt te gebruiken.

Fridge was too loud, unfortunately they would only offer $50 credit instead of accepting return even though it was only 10 days since purchase. I was going to try another model, but stuck with this one. Will not purchase from vevor again. Buyer beware even though they say you are able to return.

Ordered this 15L car refrigerator on Aug 13, 2025 20:56:43 Received on Aug 18 , After we open the shipping box and start testing I recognize rattling and bubbleing nose , what is really not comfortable when you going to sleep , Contacted customer service, but no customer service after 7 days , then try contacting chat , That was a joke , empty promises , priority respond bla bla bla , then they says : thats normal sound , yeah try to sleep next of that rattling bubbleing fridge, good luck with!!!!!

Malheureusement produit acheté pour camping cet été, réceptionné 10 jours avant le départ et ne fonctionne pas. Le moteur du frigo ne se déclenche pas. Des pièces de remplacement doivent m'être transmises mais n'en dispose toujours pas.

I was very happy with this purchase as i live in a trailer. This for me was absolutrlly necessary. But it wasnt meant to be. First, the delivery toock longer than expected and agreed. Second, was delivered to a wrong adress, 3 miles away ftom me. I could not understsnd how UPS could do such a big mistake but, was in Romania, so thing herr goes wrong all the way. Totslly dissapointed by UPS. i dont undetstsnd how nobody noticed it was not drlivered to ME, who paid fr it. Lucky me, it was a nice person who got it by mistske, and she called me. Snd thats another thing i dont understand. Hiw that person had my phone number as there no info with my details on the box. I uspect something fishy between the drlivery guy and yhat lady. Anyways, the frifge was also unboxed, which also was fishy from my pov. Agsin anyways i toock it. I went home and test the fridge. Ive let it to eork for like 10 minutes and it frlt like is cooling a bit. Then i was on a ttip for 3 days. When i got back, ive bouth food for 3 days and put the ftidge on for hours and hours at 5degrees crlsius but the ftidge wouldnt go down than a bit of cooling on the bottom. Just a bit. . Ive paired it witth ANKER SOLIX C 1000 which is a great piece of battety inverter for 24 hours but in vain. I coulfnt call it even cooling cause it was just a bit at the bottom.. Obviously i contacted client service and after like more than 2 werks and around 40 emails sent to every possible person that could help me and aknowledge my issue, i finnally got a refund. First i wanted a rerplace but then when i saw it takes sooo long to get a resolution, and thinking i have to wait again for god knows how long, and the chance to be drlivered to a wrong adress as before, i accepted a refund, and i got it. So for me, this transaction was awefull. I admit i got the ptoduct, i also admit yhat was not delivered to ME. i admit aswerll that bad things can happen, but with yhis trsnsaction was only bad thngs. The only good thing is that i got my money back. Fir all this the stars i give are low, very low. But how can i give good stars ? For what ? I cant.

Déçu pour deux points : Je m’attendais à un compartiment qui « freez » car dans les photos de la descriptions il y’a un compartiment freezer. Or le petit compartiment est réglé a la meme température que le grand compartiment. Donc pas de glaçon/congelation. Ensuite, ouverture par le dessus peu pratique, avec une telle profondeur (55L) pas facile à utiliser au quotidien. Je met 1 étoile car je suis déçu de ne pas avoir de zone freezer.

Bonjour attiré par le prix je me suis laisser allez par le produit Au bout d’une semaine un bruit et une odeur de fumée … Je contact le service client qui me propose de m’envoyer une vidéo explicative avec les pièces … rien ne normal je trouve pour une glacière défaillante Je ne recommande pas

Bonjour la glaciere que nous avons acheter chez vous ne fonctionne plus au bout de 1 mois et demi,je pensais vraiment que c'était de la bonne qualité. Merci de me trouver une solution de rechange. Cordialement
