I ordered this car cooler for a weekend fishing trip. It arrived, but unfortunately, the unit didn't work, so I had to buy another one for the trip. I contacted customer service, and they told me they would reply within 48 hours. Their response was simply that I should take it to a local repair shop and contact them again if the repair turned out to be too expensive. I stated that I didn't want to take the new unit to a repair shop at my own expense. Their reply was, once again, that I should wait another 48 hours. Congratulations—impeccable service. J'ai un petit souci avec la glacière depuis hier elle ne fait plus de froid je pensais que c'était la faute de ma prise 12 volts alors je l'ai mis sur le 220 mais elles ne fonctionnent toujours pas j'entends le ventilo mais rien ne se passe niveau froid que dois-je faire merci d'avance cordialement

Reçu abîmé et le service après vente est nul au bout d'une semaine je ne c'est toujours pas si j'aurais un échange ou je vais être remboursé

Difficile de juger l'efficacité du produit, car il est arrivé très en retard, et endommagé, le colis avec pris un poc, et l'appareil est fendu dans un angle et déformé. Je ne l'ai pas testé. SAV catastrophique : je demande l'échange ou le remboursement avec retour, et on me propose une remise sur le prix mais ni echange ni retour. C'est un dialogue de sourd depuis plusieurs jours ! Je regrette cet achat plus de 200€ dans le vent. A fuir !

Arrivé aujourd'hui et déjà en panne le frigo ne veut rien savoir ça ne fonctionne pas et pas facile d'avoir un interlocuteur qui règle le problème, là il faut un remplacement de l'appareil.

0 stars To all buyers avoid to buy from this supplier, if you have a defect from box they will try to lie you that they have a solution for 2-3 weeks and never accept the return. I cannot return this product back because I have no support from vevor. Not recomended, not professional team and poor support. They say will send a new cover and after 2-3 days they say they do not have anymore the door and after 1 week they promise same to send a door for replacement just not wanting to accept the return.
