Terrible cooler, terrible customer service. 1
Cooler does not seal correctly and door latch has failed after very limited use. What makes it even worse, I have contacted customer service and they only offered me 20$ back and no solution to a cooler that has a broken latch and a door that is not air or water tight because the seal design and inconsistencies of the mating surfaces.

They shipped it in winter and the cardboard didn’t offer much protection. Came quite shattered, I don’t think it does well in -10C weather
