Arrived quickly and very well packaged, and although this is a very well made stainless steel unit, I am having to make the decision to return It for various reasons. Keep in mind that it holds a lot of oil, so takes 27 min to heat up to 350F. There are some great things about this unit, but the negatives outweigh the positives. The temp and timer controls are very well made and smooth. The timer needs to be set which is the only way this deep fryer will heat up the oil. Power switch, power cable and tilting head bracket and drain plug is also very well made. The basket and handle in my opinion are not very well made. The basket is very small, and smaller than most home style deep fryers. When it arrived, the steel part of the handle is not fitting properly into the two inner basket slots and literally impossible to bend for a tighter fit. Do not fill past the min line as if you fill to the max line, it will overflow. When frying, it does keep a consistent temperature, but the oil splashing on the top surface is a constant mess to clean. I'm a huge fan of Vevor products, but sadly this unit needs major improvements.

Pan is op zich goed alleen je moet de aftapkraan niet gebruiken, deze lekte bij mij al vanaf het begin en nu na 2x schoonmaken blijft die lopen. zit geen vuil in maar sluit gewoon niet goed af. Zeker minpuntje.

Materiel reçu dans les délais et conforme. Après utilisation, je suis déçu de cette friteuse de qualité dite professionnelle. Le matériel est de qualité mais il y a trop de projection meme pour des quantités de frites faibles et bien seches. La hauteur n’est pas suffisante entre la hauteur d’huile et le rebord conduisant à des projections voire des débordements. Le couvercle n’est pas etanche et laisse entrer des poussières hors utilisation. La durée de chauffe pour 160°c est longue 15/20mn pour 9l d’huile. Les parois restent bien chaudes plus de 3h après utilisation. Avis 2 étoiles max.

Terrible I want a full refund instead they want to just send another one. It didn’t heat the oil at all.

could not use it at all as it keep on tripping if and now i have 3 switches that are not working

Keeps tripping my breakers. I followed the instructions, but it just draws too much power in my house. Also, the handle on one of the small baskets keeps detaching from the handle. This is a safety hazard. All in all, I had high hopes for my fried pie business with this, but it has let me down. The price is great- for what it is, if it works for you. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Used are used just for four days and then it turn off the temperature is not goes high. When I contact contact customer service. They told me we will resolve in two days but it’s been five days. They didn’t. Ra revert me or not solve my problem. the customer service and product is garbage.

Work first time. After that stop working..

Dishonest company. Vevor sells at full price on website but 25 bux less on Amazon.com. Also if you buy from Amazon and want a return, no problem. No charge. These fine friendly folks want $38 to return. Dishonest and their product is cheap junk from China.
