Great Fryer! I use it to fry donuts for the farmers market. Excellent quality. With or without the basket it's great. Without the basket I can fry 15 donuts. With the basket I can fry 12. The basket does help keep the donuts from floating around

Wayne Matthew Schroth Easy to clean
It’s easy to clean and holds more olive oil than the other Bevir deep fryer we had.

Fryer works great. Breakdown and clean up is easy. We use this for Markets and Festivals. It almost compares to a 40-50 lb fryer, minus the capacity. Had a few issues when it was received, but great customer service and awesome response time. I recommend this brand for use.
