Forno pizza ottimo si usa a pellet

Great little pizza oven. You'll need to split a pizza dough in half to make 12 inch thin crust pies but otherwise just as good as the larger ones. Just be sure to use either pellets or the right wood chips to get to the full temp. I made the mistake of using Cherry wood chips and it only got to a max of 600 degrees. Using the pellets got me to 900 degrees and pizza heaven.

Très satisfaite de ce four à pizza ! 🍕 Il chauffe rapidement et permet de réaliser de très bonnes pizzas, notamment selon la composition et la qualité de la pâte. Il faut simplement faire attention à ne pas placer la pizza trop au fond du foyer, car elle risque de brûler rapidement. Une fois que l’on a pris le coup de main, c’est un vrai plaisir de l’utiliser !

Works very good, only issue was the self tapping screws for the flame barrier inside are hard to assemble. Everywhere else, threaded inserts are used, but on the hardest to reach area they provided self tapping screws. Tip: use a 1/4" ratchet with a philips driver to screw these 3 screws in. No complains about function, stove I only used the propane burner and it gets really hot, I like the rotating table for an equally baked crust. I'm satisfied with this purchase, maybe would upgrade to 16" for a bit more space next time.
