Velmi snadno ovladatelná pícka a dostačující vybavení pro tavení kovů. Při tavení čistého stříbra (Ag 99%) o hmotnosti 250 g v keramickém kelímku jsem musel topit v peci místo 960 st. C až na 1120 st.C. To je o cca 160 st C více než je teplota tání. Pokud bych tavil zlato (Au), které má bod tání o 100 st. C vyšší, asi bych ho nenatavil. Zřejmě nepřesný pyrometr. Při osmé (8) tavbě kelímek praskl na dně a Ag nateklo do tepelných spirál. Zkrat. Reklamace byla uznána bez problémů a peníze vráceny zpět na můj účet.

Great furnace, one big issue, I can’t find a 5kg crucible that will fit it. This makes the furnace useless now. The original has to be replaced and all the 5kg crucibles Ive bought are just a hair to big and hit the thermistor that sticks up inside the furnace.

Ovnen opvarmer til 1150 grader hvilket godt kunne være 200 grader højere ved smeltning af kobber. Selve støbediglen er al for høj så der skulle være mulighed for en der kun er halvt så høj. Ellers et godt produkt.

Sehr geehrtes VEVOR-Kundendienstteam, ich schreibe Ihnen bezüglich des VEVOR Goldschmelzofens 1350 W (1150 °C, 1 kg), den ich kürzlich über Ihre Website vevor.de gekauft habe. Bereits nach der ersten Nutzung ist der Keramiktiegel gebrochen. Nun, bei der zweiten geplanten Nutzung, habe ich festgestellt, dass nicht nur der Tiegel defekt war, sondern dass sich auch das Innere des Ofens beschädigt hat. Dabei ist geschmolzenes Silbermaterial in das Innere des Ofens gelangt und dort festgeworden, was auf einen schweren Material- oder Herstellungsfehler hinweist. Der Ofen wurde ordnungsgemäß und gemäß Anleitung verwendet, dennoch ist das Gerät nach praktisch einmaliger Nutzung unbrauchbar geworden. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein neues Gerät nicht akzeptabel und deutet auf ein defektes Produkt hin. Aus diesem Grund bitte ich Sie um eine der folgenden Lösungen: • Vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, oder • Ersatz durch ein neues, einwandfreies Gerät Gerne sende ich Ihnen Fotos vom Innenraum des Ofens, damit Sie den Schaden direkt sehen können, sowie weitere Informationen zur Dokumentation des Schadens. Compre por segunda vez este horno, ya que el primero me ha durado 2 años, y compre el mismo, pero no se corresponde con la imagen ni calienta igual que el anterior. Al segundo uso el crisol que trae (de arcilla) se rompió, cayendo la plata dentro del horno, quedando inutilizable. He contactado con el soporte y me enviarán unos cables de recambio (espera de 15 dias), tendré que desmontar el horno, repararlo, y ver si luego funciona.

I was informed that my case would be reviewed by the technical team and that I would receive a response within 24–48 hours. That deadline has now passed and I have received no decision, no update and no proposed solution. The furnace is defective. It stopped heating during the first heating cycle at approximately 700°C and has not worked since. The product was defective from the beginning. In addition, the supplied accessories do not match the product description, as the order was advertised with 1 kg and 3 kg ceramic crucibles, while the 1 kg crucible supplied is graphite. I am not willing to wait indefinitely for a response regarding a product that failed on the first day of ownership. Therefore, I request an immediate resolution of this matter. Please confirm without further delay either: 1. Shipment of a replacement furnace and correction of the incorrect crucible supplied, or 2. A full refund of the purchase price and instructions for returning the defective product. If no concrete resolution is provided promptly, I will be forced to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and payment dispute procedures. Speciaal gekocht voor mijn kopper te smelten maar na 4u in de oven te hebben gezeten was het alleen maar zwart geworden. Ben eigenlijk heel erg teleurgesteld van het product. Vooral voor dear het kosten.
