This is my jam making pot! It works amazing, gets up to heat nice and quickly and doesn’t burn (as long as you stir with wooden or silicone utensils)! Love it and have told hubby he’s not allowed to use it 🤣

I've been using this pot in my wood fired pizza over to make sourdough bread. It's big enough to make a 500g of flour loaf. The results have been awesome. I get a thin crust and nice texture to the bread. I was using a cast iron Dutch oven with a steel lid and wasn't sure I really needed to get something different.... But it was worth it.
It's also convenient to store bread in on the counter. It has channels on the bottom that prevents moisture build up. And it's pretty attractive over all

Bought this for an air fryer oven with limited size. This Dutch oven is perfect. Fits with the lid on and works great. Great quality and price. Came with lots of goodies too.

Well if you have turned 40 and joined the sourdough craze. It is affordable and I did not need to tap into my retirement to make a $10 loaf of bread. It gets the job done and glad it was free shipping since it weighs a lot!
