I've been using this pot in my wood fired pizza over to make sourdough bread. It's big enough to make a 500g of flour loaf. The results have been awesome. I get a thin crust and nice texture to the bread. I was using a cast iron Dutch oven with a steel lid and wasn't sure I really needed to get something different.... But it was worth it. It's also convenient to store bread in on the counter. It has channels on the bottom that prevents moisture build up. And it's pretty attractive over all

18.08.23 gekauft. Er ist schwer, (gut für Muskeltraining). Benutze ihn ausschließlich zum Brot backen. ErgebnisTOPP... klar war ja auch mein selbstgemachter Teig :-) Absolut empfehelnswert.

This is my jam making pot! It works amazing, gets up to heat nice and quickly and doesn’t burn (as long as you stir with wooden or silicone utensils)! Love it and have told hubby he’s not allowed to use it 🤣

I purchased this for my aunt to bake sourdough bread, she loves it! Perfect size.
