I’ve only used this machine twice and it already has a serious heating problem. The lower burner barely heats and produces almost no flame, so the meat on the bottom stays raw no matter how long you wait. Meanwhile, the top keeps overheating and burning the meat. Completely uneven cooking and a waste of time. Don’t throw your money away on this product.

Waste time and money, Vevor refuse to accept return only offer partial refund. $ down the drain. Missing basic functions, No door, no on off, no temperature control.

Was great as long as it worked. First, timer stopped cutting of the power. And finally it is just a rotisserie without heat. E.g food carousel as long as plugged in without danger of burning the food.

This vertical rotisserie is lacking the basic features you'd expect. No on off button, so you have to turn on and off the timer to rotate it to cut meat, which is inconvenient. There's no temperature settings, so you just have to go with whatever it is they have set, and it cooks much hotter on the top than the bottom. Not great, want to return it, but if course getting the runaround.

Product is not what it appears on website. Customer service is beyond pathetic and third world support basically admitted their logistics is incompetent. Will not buy vevor products again.

I wanted to like this product, but it turned out to be a real disappointment. The biggest issue is that it randomly trips the circuit breaker while in use. It doesn’t happen every time, which makes it even more frustrating and harder to trust. One moment it works fine, and the next it shuts everything down. I tested it on several different outlets and circuits in my home to make sure the problem wasn’t on my end. Same result — the breaker would eventually trip, unpredictably. This points to either a defect in the item or very poor internal quality. The build itself feels cheap, and considering the safety concerns, I can’t recommend this product. It’s unreliable, inconvenient, and raises questions about how well it was tested before being sold. Definitely not worth the risk.
