Bien emballé. Fonctionne très bien sauf le thermostat de la résistance du bas qui même au minimum ne coupe pas l'alimentation de cette résistance qui continue à chauffer légèrement. J'espère que le sav lira ce message et m'enverra un thermostat de remplacement

Purchased received Dec 31st.... Did not work, contacted Vevor and after many, many, many email I was sent out a replacement, which I received on 1/28. Look at the pics, 1st pic the R-side has the hook closure on the door, on the L-side the top does, the bottom does not...so no I will not order this again, who knows how long it will work. Felt not that I should have accepted the refund and purchase elsewhere.

I purchased this as an additional oven for a special event, based on the excellent reviews shown here. Upon receipt, the oven does not work properly, the top heating element works but the bottom two do not. Also, the on/off switch does not control the top element, so the only way to turn off the only heating element that works, is to unplug it. Without either of the "bottom" heating elements working, this oven is 100% non functional as a pizza oven. I contacted VEVOR support on Sunday, the day I realized the problem (the event for which I purchased this oven is Friday, initial delivery was two days after ordering, so there was PLENTY of time to get me a new oven in time for my event). Customer service asked me to email (not upload) a video of the problem, which I did immediately. The video was received and confirmed early afternoon on Sunday. I explained how much time is of the essence in this situation and was assured my case would be given priority status and that I'd have a response within 24 to 48 hours. After around 60 hours, I reached back out and was told basically "wait to hear from us". So I did...for another 24 hours...on Wednesday I reached out again, and explained that I really needed a resolution, because I NEED to have an operational oven on Friday...again I was told my case is being prioritized and be patient. It's now 5:30 PM on Thursday and I've still received zero response. At this point, I'm going to have to buy another oven locally in order to be able to host my function tomorrow. This is a 100% failure on Vevor's part...both the product and especially the customer service. I was shipped a non-working item, I provided proof immediately...what's the holdup? What needs to be reviewed? Why is this a "technical issue"? JUST SEND ME A WORKING OVEN!! LAST TIME I'LL ALLOW VEVOR TO SCAM ME...BUYER BEWARE!!!

Tout brûle dans ce four. Divers tests ont été faits et rien ne fonctionne. J'attends toujours un suivi pour connaître le bon fonctionnement.

Total crap!!! Would you believe the feet melted? Both feet on the left hand side have melted. I noticed when I saw the oven was not level on my counter. Thankfully the counter was not damaged. Now normally I give the company a chance to make things right before writing a negative review, but VEVOR customer service has shown a total lack of caring. So VEVOR get your act together and send me replacement feet that won't melt. Not now, but right now. Hell I haven't even used the oven yet. The feet melted during the initial burn in. Let me see. A junk product from a junk company

Received and plugged it in yesterday. One of the ovens doesn’t work at all.

Because it's only 110v, this oven does have enough power to heat both compartments at the same time to above 300 degrees F. I bought the extended warranty as well, which was a complete waste of money because Customer Support is absolutely no help. It takes two days in between every response so my business is left with an oven that doesn't get to temp. & no solutions for a fix or replacement. Do not purchase this product.

Nice looking oven but it won't keep the right temp. It is set for 500 but goes all the way to 800 or 900 will not work for me and they keep saying they will e mail me but I have only received my complaint in e mail, NO solutions
