I tested the oven as soon as it arrived, and it seems the internal temperature reading is 50 degrees Celsius higher than it should be. Be careful and measure the temperature before cooking, or you'll burn everything.

The oven was delivered really quickly. The price-quality ratio of the oven is so-so. I expected more based on the reviews I saw on YouTube. I have to praise the ease of use and the separate temperature settings for the lower and upper heaters. What I really don't like is the extremely high temperature of the housing on top of the oven (it gets so hot that the temperature exceeds 100 °C - DANGEROUS). I don't know if this is the case with all these ovens or if there is something wrong with mine? I opened the side covers on the oven and what I expected was revealed - practically non-existent thermal insulation (extremely thin and too small in dimensions). I recommend additional thermal insulation as this will reduce heat loss and reduce the risk of burns or even fire!

The timer doesn’t work. Haven’t been able to get a ahold of anyone for product support. It took a bit to figure out how to use the oven by reading online.

Peccato che ho dovuto riparare le lampadine dei termostati tutti i collegamenti erano staccati ho dovuto aprire il lato destro per il resto funziona alla grande.

Vos différentes videos visibles sur Youtube font toutes état d'une grille de repos pour les pizzas. Votre grille a brillé par son absence dans votre envoi.

Il forno è arrivato con ammaccature evidenti su alcuni angoli, il servizio clienti risponde varie volte ma alla fine non mi cambiano il prodotto e mi fanno uno sconto di 50 euro sul prezzo finale.delusione.

This oven could be 4 or 5 star!! Come on vevor have a little quality control. This oven has no on off switch like the manual book says. The only switch is for the light in the oven. If you use the ovens daily at the same temp like we do you either have to set the temp each day which risks mistakes or unplug them. It’s such a simple thing to have a switch. Seems like typical Chinese random factory work. We have 4 of the single versions of this oven and they have been in daily use for over a year. They are only on when the timer is ticking for 120 mins at a time which was annoying so I bypassed them and wired them directly to the on/off switch after the timers broke. This oven is supposed to be the same but its temp setting is in Fahrenheit where our other ones are in Celsius. I would give this a 4 or 5 star had it showed up with a on/off switch like it is supposed to have. It’s frustrating to have to unplug it each day. Poor quality control for sure!

Ho acquistato un forno, scartando la pietra reffetaria, mi è scivolata a terra, pur essendo consapevole che mie scivolata, ho chiesto un altra pietra, ma questi signori mi ignorano, pochissima serietà. PUR VOLENDO PAGARE.
