Après juste une utilisation,le thermostat HS,le four ne chauffe plus ! Après une 1ère coulée et en ayant pris soins de respecter les consignes d'utilisation,le creuset s'est effrité ! Et pour finir,le service commercial qui répond par un robot , injoignable Par téléphone.... bref un SAV pitoyable qui laisse le client désemparé. ...sav Pas réactif, inefficace. Je déconseille très fortement.

De smelter is prima. maar de smeltkroes is een leugen. Je krijgt de 3kg smeltkroes dus je kan beter geld besparen en voor de 3kg gaan. Heb nu al anderhalf week een ticket lopen bij klantenservice en kastje en meur zijn goed bekeken. Waarschijnlijk komt er nu een reactie onder dat ze contact met mij hebben en opties voorstellen. Is een leugen. Ik krijg om de 2 dagen dat er niks gebeurd en dat ze mijn ticket automatisch gaan sluiten.

Very very bad material. It's not 3 kilos one. The crusible after 1 houer of use break, leaking the fusion metal inside the crusible. We use it 1 houer and send it to trash.

Used it once just followed manufacturers instructions the bottom of crucible broke shorting the coil and they want me to jump threw hoops to get a new one but wait they offered to ship me the parts so I can fix it. Then lied said they lost the parts and offered me 75 dollars back when I paid 300. Do not buy from this company

Our first one to use it, and the small crucible had holes in the bottom and all my silver leaked into the furnace. Then I tried melting copper in the big crucible, and it would not get hot enough to melt copper tubing.

Szanowni Państwo, piszę w sprawie zakupionego u Państwa pieca do topienia srebra, który niestety okazał się wadliwy i nie działa prawidłowo. Urządzenie nie spełnia swojej podstawowej funkcji – przerywa pracę. W związku z tym nie jestem w stanie z niego korzystać zgodnie z przeznaczeniem.

It heated up to 25 degrees Fahrenheit then 30. Then gave me an errror code. And customer service has done nothing to fix the issue
