Guter Schmelzofen, aber enttäuschendes Zubehör und schlechter Kundenservice! Der Schmelzofen selbst funktioniert gut und ich bin mit seiner Leistung zufrieden. Leider kann ich das vom mitgelieferten Zubehör und vom Kundenservice nicht behaupten. Bereits bei der Lieferung musste ich feststellen, dass eine andere Zange mitgeliefert wurde als die, die auf den Produktbildern abgebildet ist. Nach meiner Reklamation bestätigte der Kundenservice sogar, dass die Produktbeschreibung fehlerhaft sei. Trotzdem wurde mir nicht einmal angeboten, die richtige Zange nachzusenden. Noch ärgerlicher ist, dass der mitgelieferte Tiegel bereits nach dem zweiten Schmelzvorgang gerissen ist! Das spricht meiner Meinung nach nicht für eine gute Qualität des Zubehörs. Mein Fazit: Der Schmelzofen selbst ist gut und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Allerdings sind die Qualität des Zubehörs und der Umgang mit Reklamationen enttäuschend. Hier sollte VEVOR dringend nachbessern.

Word goed warm, maar de bijgeleverde smeltkroes is van slechte kwaliteit en moeilijk te bestellen. Vevor heeft zelf geen smeltkroezen. De tang kan de temperatuur van de warme smeltkroes niet goed aan en verbuigt bij het gieten van het vloeibare metaal.

Produvt itself is ok but crucibles are poor quality.

Nose lo que se anuncia los crisoles son pésimos aun que les des su buen tratamiento térmico me tocó comprar los de grafeno y eso solo en el primer día de uso y obviamente los tiempos de fundición de granalla de latón son abismales aún que utilices fundente y el primer día la pintura fuera

I was actually stunned and very pleased by the attention paid to my issue, unfortunately, as we all know, that is not always the case at other vendors. If you have an issue, their customer service team will fix it one way or another, a sincere thank-you to all!

We bought it to smelt wires and copper left over after jobs. Doesn’t work unfortunately. Tried for 2 hours and it didn’t do anything. Probably best to get a propane smelter for copper.

Denne smelteovnet vart defekt på første forsøk.. bunnen på smelte koppen smeltet og all kobber rundt ned i ovnen..

This is a very simple to use piece of equipment the only problem is that it doesn’t get the job done it says it’s a gold melting furnace but it doesn’t even melt silver the maximum temperature is 1150 and that’s just enough to get silver right to it’s point of wanting to melt and that’s all you can do the temperature will not go any higher and will not get it to a liquid form no matter how long you leave it going so now my silver is stuck in a crucible and it’s just a waste of money it’s a good price but not if it doesn’t get the job done so it’s a waste of money to purchase this item if you can find one that the temperature is adjustable to a higher temp then you can try that but if you put gold in this it would be a costly mistake I hope this helps someone out and saves them from wasting money like I have add in my silver price and I’m in the hole for almost $300 dollars and very disappointed with this purchase.
