Il a été acheté principalement pour couler de l'aluminium, du laiton et du cuivre. Les premières fontes de laiton se sont bien passées, par contre aucun creuset n'est fourni. Bonne surprise une pince est fournie avec et permet de prendre de petits creuset sans problèmes. A voir à la longue mais il permet aussi de faire la trempe de petites pièces.

Great kiln. Works as suppouse. Temperature goes above 1200C. When I seted value to 1200C and 35min. Cone 5 1/2 change in to flat goo, cone 6 was melted down but keeping shape. Im guessing it goes more than 1300C

I absolutely love this mini kiln and use it multiple times per week. I have done bisque, low fire glaze and mid fire glaze and have even used it for a bit of raku. They have improved the placement of the thermocouple so I have been getting accurate temperatures without any of the adjustments that have been report by others. My only complaint is that it isn't a little bit bigger so I can use it even more. It's perfect for a mug but I would be great to get a bowl in there.

working good! specially with build-in timer, perfect for little ceramic projects. Bisque to 04 ~ 02 without problem, glaze to 4 ~ 5 is achievable! but I don’t know how long it will last!

I bought the VEVOR Electric Melting Furnace, 1650W Electric Kiln, Digital Melting Furnace with Max Temperature 2192℉/1200℃ for Lost-Wax Casting, Clay DIY, Metal Annealing, Ceramic Firing, PID Temp Control - 5"x6"x8" a few months ago. It is great! The programming feature works well and is easy to use. A note that it comes with leather gloves and tongs. The top temperature reaches cone 6, tested with pyrometric cone, for those using it for pottery.

Works well for my pottery. Can fire to cone 6.

It's perfect for small items and beginning potters. It's easy to use and fires up to at least cone 7 (I only have cone 6 pyometric cones). I think it fires a little hotter than it says so some adjustments need to be made. I suspect every kiln will be slightly different. It's handled all types of clay and mid to high fire glazes very well. The automatic feature is great and makes it super easy to use. It doesn't heat the room up either. There are some great videos out there of professionals testing it - one provided a helpful firing schedule for cone 6 that I've been using successfully. I hope Vevor comes out with a slightly larger one eventually.

I'm using this as a pottery kiln and it does everything I need it to. It's small, obviously, but for the price it's more than worth it. I was worried about it not being programmable when I bought it but I've had no issue running it manually. Highly recommend
