En primer lugar no vale para fundir cobre y me dijeron que si, después de 3 horas a 1150 grados literalmente no era capaz de hacer el cobre líquido, si acaso el 10% de la pequeña cantidad que le puse ( y eso que solo eran unos cuantos de cablecitos). El crisol solo lo he usado dos veces y ya se ha perforado, vertiendo el poquito cobre que se hizo líquido dentro de la máquina y no sé ni cómo quitarlo la verdad. . Es fácil de usar, pero la calidad de todo es malísima y yo creo que no calienta la temperatura que dice que da.

Heb nu al anderhalf week een ticket lopen bij klantenservice en kastje en meur zijn goed bekeken. Waarschijnlijk komt er nu een reactie onder dat ze contact met mij hebben en opties voorstellen. Is een leugen. Ik krijg om de 2 dagen dat er niks gebeurd en dat ze mijn ticket automatisch gaan sluiten.

Hello, I am writing regarding Ticket #3444919. On 5 June 2026 I reported that the furnace failed during its very first use on the day of delivery. I was informed that my case would be reviewed by the technical team and that I would receive a response within 24–48 hours. That deadline has now passed and I have received no decision, no update and no proposed solution. The furnace is defective. It stopped heating during the first heating cycle at approximately 700°C and has not worked since. The product was defective from the beginning. In addition, the supplied accessories do not match the product description, as the order was advertised with 1 kg and 3 kg ceramic crucibles, while the 1 kg crucible supplied is graphite. I am not willing to wait indefinitely for a response regarding a product that failed on the first day of ownership. Therefore, I request an immediate resolution of this matter. Please confirm without further delay either: 1. Shipment of a replacement furnace and correction of the incorrect crucible supplied, or 2. A full refund of the purchase price and instructions for returning the defective product. If no concrete resolution is provided promptly, I will be forced to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and payment dispute procedures. Smelt geen koper..

I ordered the extra crucibles when I ordered this as a gift for my dad, but they don’t actually melt anything. Ordered ones off of Amazon to try them out and those actually melted the copper, don’t waste your money on this product, The AI help center is useless too.

ceramic ingot mold and crucible cracked on day one. Both received gradual heat treatment.

Had issues with it starting up. Customer service was okay but took a while. They offered a partial reimbursement but I’m not really sure it was worth not returning for full reimbursement

I don't know what to think I tried to melt copper set the temp higher then the melting point of copper but it would not melt. I don't know if the temp sensor is wrong, but the copper just got very hot and red but very little melting. I have used one of these before and had no trouble melting anything before. Maybe it was a more expensive model, but why should that matter you heat it up tp past the melting point the metal should melt. Needless to say I am not very happy with my purchase!
