The oven came very well packaged and was easy to set up, after which I tested it for: Use & Heat: Unfortuately, the heat light does not funtion yet, this company was quick to send me a replacement part, but instructions are to follow. It first did not heat up to 500 degrees, and I believe this needs to be used to break it in, for the 2nd time I tested the heat, it went up from the prior 450 to 480, so I think it will eventually get there. The BIGGEST issue I had with prior ovens was that it did not HOLD the temperature when the door was opened to take out items. This machine was very good, for I had a manually placed thermomiter inside, and the heat did not plunge like my Samsung did. In all, their customer service was EXCELLENT, and got back to me within 24 hours with my issues. I WOULD buy again if necessary, but beside the international Celsious temperature setup, with a Farienheight table right next to it, be mindful that you need to actually turn on the timer to get the oven to work and heat up. Too big - not fast enough for the Price

Sincèrement n’achetez aucun appareil électronique sur ce site j’ai eu un pb quelques jours apres l’achat je n’ai aucun moyen de les contacter, ça fait littéralement 3 semaines que je dois rafraîchir un ticket pour sois disant parler à quelqu’un. C’est une honte fuyez. Il n’y a aucun service client les numéros de téléphone ne fonctionne pas .

This product is entirely useless, doesn’t hear well at all. Further more, they make it very difficult to return this item, and so overall it is a very disappointing experience, and expensive. Will not be purchasing anything else with this company.
