Questa forca per pallet fa un'impressione di robustezza. L'ho ordinata nella categoria 1 (o meglio, è quella che ho ricevuto). Come altri hanno già descritto, il pacco arriva in due parti. Ho ricevuto il telaio pochi giorni dopo l'ordine e le forche mancanti mi sono state consegnate qualche giorno dopo. Una richiesta al venditore ha ricevuto risposta prontamente. Passiamo ora al dispositivo stesso: Contenuto della confezione: telaio, 2 forche, bulloni per il fissaggio delle forche, perno del braccio superiore (categoria 1) e 2 perni per attrezzi, anch'essi di categoria 1. I perni di bloccaggio per i singoli bulloni sono semplici perni metallici, che ho subito sostituito con appositi anelli di sicurezza pieghevoli perché armeggiare con essi era troppo scomodo. Per quanto riguarda i perni per attrezzi, hanno una portata molto ampia. Le sfere del mio braccio inferiore (da categoria 1 a categoria 2) possono certamente essere spostate avanti e indietro di 3 cm. Come altri hanno già detto: il braccio superiore deve essere molto lungo per questo dispositivo. Purtroppo, a causa della geometria, quando sollevo le forche, queste si inclinano in avanti e il pallet tende a scivolare. Pertanto, devo stringere il braccio superiore prima del sollevamento per evitare che scivoli. Devo esaminare attentamente la geometria e forse scegliere punti di montaggio diversi o estendere il braccio del braccio superiore all'indietro. Sto utilizzando ganci a sgancio rapido per i bracci inferiori di Categoria 2. Sono così robusti che non è possibile montare i bulloni dell'attrezzo dall'esterno: i ganci sfregano contro il telaio (è stato saldato un rinforzo diagonale). Dato che devo comunque regolare la geometria, finirò per trovare un punto di montaggio diverso. In sintesi, nonostante qualche piccolo problema, sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è buono. Non utilizzerò la piena capacità di 1000 kg, ma sono fiducioso che il design possa gestirla senza problemi.

Item came as pictured, when unboxes i seen the box profile was 3mm wall, i expected 5-6mm wall for the rated weight it should handle, i will be welding on some flat to the sides for extra strength. The first time i used them the bolts to tighten to the bucket bent due to the gap allowing too much movement. I again will need to modify the gap and update the bolt size. Nice idea for a product but in my opinion as standard only fit for very light use.

Forks are good but the bolts that clamp on the bucket bend very easy :( Maybe user error but I'm sure the were secure before I moved the logs and pallets Welds on nuts broke so maybe that was the problem and it happened on both forks at seperate times

If I had it to do all over I would bought the ones that are connected but I just welded a piece of pipe to mine. They serve there purpose but the will shift one you no matter how tight you get them.

The center bar broke right away other than that work well

Kinda bulky, Used on my Backhoe loader probably over did it but bent one fork at the weld trying to lift some logs I cut up Good for light duty IMO but not 4000 lbs a Chevy weighs 3600 lbs LMAO
