I purchased four of these Hi-Lo Forks one-headed damaged box when I opened it one was caved in like they hit it with a high low it is no good to me I'm trying to get my $69 returned to the original payment please help thank you Randy

1/2 The Hardware is missing. This 4,000 lb model required 4 of the big clamping bolts with nuts. The 2,000 lb model required 2. The box was in good condition so they didn't fall out. The manufacturer didn't put them in the box , or I was sent the wrong item. I checked today for these 3/4 in diameter bolts and nuts found some not rated the 8.8 hardness and there over $21.00 each. What the heck. Seen another review saying the same thing buy the name Richard Waldrop.

Used these to lift some stumps into my backhoe bucket. First stump was around 400 lbs and the forks didn't stay straight even though I tightened them with a mini sledge but they did lift the stump. Second larger stump was around 600-700 pounds and the forks couldn't handle it. Both forks bent and broke. There is no way these things could handle anywhere near 4000lbs. Totally disappointed. While I figured they might not do what they said they would, I was hoping they would be able to handle at least half the rated weight. Save your money and buy something better.

Unfortunately these forks were damaged after the first time using just trying to pick up a small dead tree. Tree was less than 2000 lbs. Forks can still be used they are just no longer level. Looks to have cracked where welds were thin along side support bracket.

Hello I think a person who buys 10 hi lo Forks at a time should get a better discount

I would still like a dealer's discount I buy probably 50 of these Forks a year it's pretty sad a customer who just buys one set of them gets the same price as I do thank you very much Randy WRay

Bought these to use on my full size backhoe. The price was amazing, or so I was lead to believe. The initial quality appears well made and sturdy, but the end result was a huge waste of my time, energy and money. They fold under ANY amount of weight, even the ones I bought which are supposed to good for 4k pounds. They are not. Unless you plan on using them for light brush clean up or hauling few kleenex boxes, they are going to disappoint you. They also only came with one set of clamps/bolts which means they fall off as soon as you backup. I am terribly displeased with this product and also surprised as Vevor stuff is usually pretty good.

The first day of use carrying approximately 500 pounds of post one side broke at the weld. I bought the warranty. I tried to contact them for a replacement. I needed them immediately so I ordered another set which got damaged in transit so they sent them back and I was refunded for that set 10 days later. Still no response on the replacement of the first set so I hired a welder to repair my faulty set so I could get the job done that I bought them for. I sent photos of them right when they broke but around 3 weeks after I reported the damage and 2weeks after I had them fixed they finally contacted me and said after they receive them back they will replace or refund me. Well after paying someone to repair them and definitely better than what they originally were and as long as it took for them to get back to me the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I decided to just keep them and just never do business with them again and when the people I know ask me about mine I tell them my story show them the photos and tell them my experience that I will never buy from them again. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

The forks did not come with stabilizer bar! Have a grapple from you and it works great but this was a disappointment.
