Don’t have a clue, never taken them out of box

The welds failed and the forks bent within 5 hrs. of use. I was picking up a pine log that was 20" diameter and less than 9. long

Hardware is missing and I have been back and forth with them for over a week just to get some hardware! Absolute joke for customer service! Had a similar problem on the last set of forks. Do NOT buy these without the stabilizer bar or they are pointless!

Ive ordered twice. Both missing the bolts that hold it tothe bucket. Cant/wont send the 4 bolts needed. Offered money to buy my own. Havent found the ones needed

This item arrived missing one of the yellow anti-slip plates. Since I opened it after the 30-day return window, I couldn't return it. I've never been able to use the item. I don't recommend this item.

Box came damaged and was missing the clamps. It was a real hassle dealing with customer service and instead of sending replacement clamps, they offered me $20.00 (it's not like you can pick up these custom clamps at your local hardware store). After going back and forth with them and not being very helpful they eventually offered me $42.00. I finally accepted the $42.00 just to not deal with them anymore and now I have to make my own custom clamps just so I can use my pallet forks, witch I'm sure is going to cost me at least $42.00 plus my time.

The 4000 lb. 60" clamping pallet forks arrived without the ability to actually clamp to the tractor bucket. The four clamping bolts and nuts were not on the forks and it also arrived without the protective plates. Customer service has not come up with a solution as of yet. I think its because they cant sell the parts separately. I am not the only person who has had this exact issue. I have purchased several items from Vevor, and this experience will likely make it my last.

Arrived without the bolts that fit the deep threads to hold it onto the bucket, so it cannot be used. These are metric, cannot be located locally and we could buy for months trying to match them online. They have refused to send any and offered a measly $20 refund, which would not cover the cost of 2 bolts locally, much less the cost online with shipping. That is even if we could find ones with the correct thread patterns. We are planning on returning these for a refund as they cannot be used without the missing parts.

I would not recommend this. It damaged the bucket of my expensive Kubota tractor which is a lot more expensive to fix than this cheap piece of an equipment. Do not recommend!

absolutely horrible. forks came without bolts . i contacted vevor to get the bolts immediately and they said it will be sent from asia. two weeks later and it was never sent.
