Customer Review Solid concession window
1880 x 1016mm 3 finestre a griglia scorrevoli verticalmente
This VEVOR concession window is well made out of heavy-duty materials. The 64 by 40 inch size gives great visibility for a food truck and allows two people to easily see what's going on outside. The awning door opens up on hydraulic struts and sits at a 85 degree angle, which is just enough of a slant to allow rain to run gently off the front. When the awning door folds down, it can be secured with a handle latch and locks from the interior. The top half of the window requires glass panes to be purchased and installed. This is a pretty simple installation and you can have the glass cut to size by any local glass company. The bottom half of the window is screened for bug protection and the screen can be slid up when taking money or passing out food at a food truck. The concession window is well designed and works great for a food truck or other such use. It is priced fairly and offers a good value for the money. I'm glad I ordered it.

1220 x 915mm 2 finestre scorrevoli in acrilico
Today in ny there was a lot of wind and the door of my food truck was open and the wind moved the window door and everything broke and my customers got scared and I thought that this window was made of metal and I am surprised that it is plastic I feel scammed and I would like a refund of my money for selling poor quality things

dave Buyer Beware
After purchasing both the concession window and the shipping insurance, the item arrived damaged/cracked in several places and it took Vevor more than a week to respond with a resolution; during which time I was forced to modify the window so that we could continue to operate. Vevor left me out in the cold only conceding to take the item back and issue a refund once received.
I do NOT recommend Vevor or their products for anything that may be critical; they don't honor their own insurance policies or respond in any semblance of a timely manner. Buyer beware.
