My husband and I are building a drink trailer and this is the window I chose. It is fantastic!!! We did pay the extra $10 for fragile freight (I think that was what it was called) and when opened was in great shape. No dings or scratches like I was worried about from previous reviews. Very easy to install as my husband and I did the install. I chose the 3 sliding up/down for versatility and am so glad I did. I did however expect there to be windows that I could close so that was very disappointing. I was hoping to be able to use specific ones during busy times and it would also keep the air conditioning in better 😢. The only other issue I have is one of the screens does not latch. I wouldn’t have know either until installed so not worth sending back. Overall I would definitely buy again, I would just ask more questions before I purchased

Perfect fit - easy to install

We replaced the window in our food truck. This unit fit perfect. Install was easy and looks great. Packaged well, no damage upon arrival, all parts were included as advertised. Arrived on time , actually less than one week. We used clear caulking for install to guard against leakage which we purchased separately.

This is horrible. This item does not come with plexiglass so if the serving window is open, all the cold air just leaves out. I’ve never seen anything like this and would not have known to ask such a question. The window is useless to me. I have to get another one installed. Very unhappy with this purchase.

The window looked nice, but when it arrived I opened the box and realized it was damaging the front glass and the frame. I would love to give it 5 stars, but I'm still waiting for them to replace it or refund my money.

I bought for a foodtruck and works but it’s a poor quality because the windows are made it with plastic not glass. So that’s a important point before but this. But for the price it’s a good option.

I recently purchased a sliding window (Order #[insert order number]) for my food trailer. While the window was relatively easy to install, I have encountered significant issues with its performance and durability. When operating the exhaust hood, the negative pressure (vacuum) created inside the trailer causes the sliding panels to be sucked inward and pop out of their tracks. This not only makes the window appear fragile and poorly designed for such conditions, but it also creates a loud, unbearable whistling noise. As a result, I am sometimes forced to turn off the exhaust hood entirely just to communicate with customers, which severely impacts my business operations. Given these problems, the current sliding window is not suitable for use in a food trailer environment with a powerful ventilation system. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me with replacing this window with a more appropriate model—preferably a conventional double sliding door (sash) window that opens outward or is better sealed against pressure differences. Please let me know the available options, any additional cost (if applicable), and the process for return/exchange. Thank you for your understanding and prompt assistance. Item arrived damaged, in the top and bottom corner on the same side. Not impressed once again with an order from this company.

Window arrived broken, and Vevor would not replace it. Kept trying to offer money that wouldn’t even cover the cost to fix it. After a week of back and forth I finally took the money they offered realizing they wouldn’t fix the window. The window is very cheap, but not bad for the price as long as it doesn’t arrive broken. I won’t buy another Vevor product because they will not stand behind it, and say it’s too hard to return and replace.
