It quit working after 1.5 tanks. It says it's charged but does nothing.

The inlet and outlet connections are not as stated. Standard 1.5" and 2" PVC are sloppy when inserted. Could not be glued. I reached out to Vevor 5x, and got your effin robot that kept sending me the same answer. I will NEVER buy another Vevor product. And I'm telling my friends.

Cannot get customer service to respond to broken equipment and they take days to respond, if they do.

I never received my pool filter and I would like a full refund

I run and own a pool maintain and repair business. I bought this pump with one of my customers money. I told them we are taking a gamble here and sure enough, this backfired on us. You can even connect any 1.5” or 2” PVC pipes on either inlet or outlet. This cutouts for both unions are ever so slightly too big. What the hell am I supposed to do with this now? I have a $368 hole in my pocket. Now I have to sit here and try to figure out what I’m going to do for my customer meanwhile I’m completely out of pocket. This is ridiculous!!!!

The product is defective. I informed you last week and still waiting for your intentions. Let me know. If you are going to refund or replace.

I bought this pool filter and a 150ft garden hose in the same order. The title for this hose says it is non-kink. No true. There is even a tag on the hose saying that it will kink... The plastic end of that hose is very big and doesn't fit through my Giraf wall hose reel. The worst part though is the lousy customer service. I contacted them 5 days ago on the chat and by email for return and full replacement. I received a first email saying that I would receive a resolution from customer service withing 48 hours. Since then I have tried to contact them and keep receiving the same message: "We apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will contact you as soon as we have a response. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have further questions, please contact us immediately. Sincerely, VEVOR" Is that the right way to handle customers issues? It doesn't take brain surgery to see the picture sent on the chat and on the email, and either offer a return and refund, or explain how the plastic end of the hose can be removed and reinstalled if at all possible. Instead they kick the can down the road and hope customers will give up. If I have issues resolving a garden hose issue, i pray the the expensive cartridges pool filter I bought at the same time will not have any issue as VEVOR will probably do the same and hide behind AI generated emails. I have much better service from other online retailers like A. or local big box like HD. I am extremely disappointed with VEVOR idea of customer service and will not buy again from them.

I pre-purchased it ,,, I’m building a pool right now and will not install it or open the box until next spring. I’ll up date the reviews then
