bought to filter oil from our deep fryer and after 3 uses, it broke. We tried everything we could think of and still could not fix it. We called customer service and they made us send a bunch of videos and pictures then told us to find someone to fix it and they will reimburse us.. I guess that's better than not getting anything at all but we'll see if that's true.

Tried to use for first time and it wouldn’t work, tried to troubleshoot the problem as vevor told me to do and still not working. Asked for a replacement and they had the audacity to tell me to go find a local repairman to fix it!!! So I spent over $700 for a machine that didn’t work and a Company that won’t stand behind the products they sell. The WORST customer service! Don’t buy this machine! And don’t buy anything from VEVOR. RUN!!! Spend you hard earned money elsewhere

Awful product. Awful company. The unit was wired backwards so it will not pump oil back to fryers. Company will not refund or send shipping info to return. Offered me $300 back. Less than half what we paid. Ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
