Worked only for 2 mins and then shut down and wont even start. applied for a refund waiting for return package details. hopefully i get my refund.

I bought this oil filter machine and it came with 5 filters. I go new filters to find VEVOR does not provide filters for the machine they sold me. They want me to modify another filter machines filters so they can fit mine. Not only are the ones they want me to modify not the correct style ( originals fit over grating like a sleeve with hole for drain the replacement is just a sheet that’s way too big you have to cut or fold either way isn’t right. ) never buy this as they won’t return any product for you through customer service. Terrible support just want money and they bounce on you .

I received the machine and a week later it was no longer working. When I contacted, only through AI, they only gave me possible reasons for the malfunction and suggestions to fix....2 months later it's still not working. Apparently it can't be returned. I spent over $700 for something I was only able to use for one week. Very very disappointed.

Hi it works fine but a oil will be left every use cleaning is bit headache.

I haven't contacted Vevor about this as of yet so not entirely fair I suppose. We have three 40# fryers we filter each day. When we go from the second unit to the third the unit is over heated and shuts itself off. It will come back on the next day after it cools down. I suspect the electric motor for the pump overheats and shuts itself down. I am a handy man of sorts so I removed the screws attaching the control panel to the main housing so I could see what it's going to take to put in a replacement motor cause that's where this would be going. Not gunna be easy. The plumbing has welds on it preventing the pump from being removed from the motor which in turn prevents the motor from being removed from the housing. Grinding all the welds off is not where I wanted to go with this. This review asks for photos. A photo of an existing pump that overheats isn't going to help anything here. Thanks, John

This was the 4th Vevor oil filter machine that I have bought in two years. The optic reset button constantly burns out, the rocker switch constantly breaks, customer support is almost nonexistent, and even if they do respond, they take forever shipping out replacement parts to you. These things should come with at least five replacement 5 Amps Thermal Circuit Breakers. This particular one was brand new, and on the first day of use it died right during my rush and I had to quickly disassemble it and swap out fuses and the reset. I will be looking for a different brand from now on.

Machine arrived broken. Can't get in contact with a live person. Someone told me to take the machine apart from your company instead of replacing this one or returning my money. I am very upset !

Trash unit. Dont waste your money. And the company will fight you for a refund. It’s so bad they won’t even have you ship it back. After a few week fight to get my money back the company told me to keep it.
