Tragedia. Po wykonaniu 2 gwintów na rurze 2 calowej urządzenie się rozsypało w środku i już nie gwintuje. Do dzisiaj nie mogę zwrócić urządzenia bo firma nie może mi podać informacji gdzie urządzenie mam odesłać w celu zwrotu i odzyskania pieniędzy za urządzenie.

Bonjour, Je vous informe que je n'ai pas reçu le colis, visiblement vous ne voulais pas nous rembourser alors que ces la fautes du transporteur. Nous avons attendu 3 heures pour rien car il n'est pas passé dans les créneau horaires que le transporteur nous a imposé. nous attendons toujour s le remboursement

Après une dizaine d'utilisation de la filière en 1/2, la filière a explosée... Pas cher mais pas utilisable du coup

1st pipe cut the die failed and the cheap pipe holder broke. Had to rent a rigid to get the job done. Absolutel junk

Got through two cuts and the cutting teeth broke off on the third. I was using plenty of oil and have cut plenty of pipe in my lifetime. This machine is not built to work for Long.

Didn't check rest but 2” threader dies doesnt work. Its a bit too small and when do electric pipe and put lock nut or ground bushing it doesnt tied at all! Also after using this maybe 5 times a grease show up and mess up everything. But the best is Dealing with tech support. They told me im using wrong size of pipe lol and doesnt want to return!! Terrible !!!

Product not working correctly and trying to return but having a issue processing as no one answers

I purchased this tool for an upcoming job. Unfortunately it doesn't work, it will not pickup the starting thread , Vevor refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem. No refund for you go pound sand sucker. Second time they did this to me. Beware once you buy it it's yours!!

Horrible waste of money. I’m a machinist by trade so I actually understand how to thread. Everything I’ve bought from Vevor has been great. Except this. Tried several times and couldn’t get it to make a usable thread. Gave up. Total piece of garbage. Do Not Buy.
