Good value for money.
Rating 4 out of five for quality of false bottom and very thin sandwich bottom.
Steel looks like 201 not 304 but thats acceptable for the price.
Saying all this above I would buy again.

FIRST Go buy thick teflon tape. Heat water in pan and check for leaks. As soon as it got close to a boil it started a slow drip. Had to tighten the crap out of ball value fitting. The through fitting on the pan itself needs to be as tight as possible.
False bottom is way too high. After pan was tilted it left about a pint behind.

Really great for the price, we use it to store our syrup once we've boiled the sap down to near syrup level. Bring it back in this and heat it on the stove, worked great, though I noticed some discoloration of the metal on the inside bottom after use.

La cuve ne fait pas 60 litres .Grand maximum elle en fait 55.je m'explique j'ai des contenants de 50cl.Normalement je devrais en remplir 120 et bien moi je n'en ai rempli que 105.
Je tenais à vous en informer.
Sinon c'est facile à monter et pour l'instant l'inertie de chaleur est très fonctionnelle.
