Wanted to be super excited but when product arrived it was missing the washer part to the drain. After 2wks of going back and forth and demanding refund after they couldn’t provide part or answers When I turned the machine on, the motor seemed slower after turning on and off 3x, so motor failure possibly. But again, tried to get answers and customer service was HORRIBLE. Pray if you get anything from this company it comes perfection or else you will be left unanswered or demanding answers if you’re persistent like me.

Screws missing (probably because the holes are misaligned), poor paint coverage, not assembled properly at the factory (motor shaft not connected to basket,had to take the thing apart to adjust for fitment), one of the feet was welded on backwards, all the attachments were put on the lids with the protective film still in place which made it impossible to get off fully. All these things were manageable but should have been dealt with before shipping, but most problematically after spending hours putting it together and dealing with these issues, they obviously hadn't tested it before sending it out because the motor doesn't work at all. Vevor also makes basically impossible to upload pictures or videos to the review or refund forms. Might be the last thing I buy from here despite having a couple other good experiences with their items and affordable prices.

Poor frame design. The extractor cause my honey to foam. I've left it to settle for 2 weeks. It's still foam. Very disappointing.
