se produit ne correspond pas à mes besoins puisque je ne peut pas y mettre les cadres de ruches qui font environ 30 cm de large .C'est pour cela que je demande un retour merci

Se calienta y se para, no me dejaron devolución porque te piden video del fallo, pero aparece al rato de ponerla a funcionar. La primera máquina que no me gusta de vevor, el resto genial. Pero esta es una basura, el motor es muy pequeño y no puede con los marcos cargados.

Bought the extractor and it was missing the nut that holds the motor to the tub. So I had to hold the motor in place while it worked because otherwise it would shake off of the bolt. It worked overall. And did what it was supposed to. But inconveniently. I searched up and down for the nut in case I lost it or if it was left in a package and neither happened. It also came with a dent in the side of the stainless steel. Didn’t hinder anything. But is an eye sore.

I bought the electric thinking it would be easier than the manual. I am a 72 year old lady. I couldn't get to half the speed when it started bouncing and rattling all over the floor. I couldn't hold it a higher speed. As a result, I couldn't harvest all the honey. I had to abandon it and do it the hard way-manually scrape the frames with a knife then strain it twice through muslin. Took me 3 days. Now I am having trouble placing the motor back on the frame carrier spindle and lining up the motor to screw it back on. Very disappointed with the overall performance. I won't be using it again. A wasted purchase.

Bad design switch is not waterproof by the time it's covered with honey the unit will fail they do not have spare parts I called them they said they'd get back to me they did not Buy one from eBay for less money with a waterproof switch

WHY COULDN'T YOU SUPPLY. FIRSTLY -SEEMS TO ME AUSTRALIA POST DIDN'T EVEN RECIEVE IT. WHY? SECONDLY -WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST SUPPLY ANOTHER UNIT. I HAVE DEALT WITH YOU PREVIOUSLY , AND PRODUCTS AND SERVICE HAVE BEEN ACCEPTABLE. THIS TIME HAS BEEN .......... INCOMPETENT.

I turned it on today and it did nothing I checked plug and it works fine, can I return this product?

I recieved a piece of faulty equipment. It literally ran fo 30 seconds. Their answer through chat is we will get back to you in 3 days. There is no number to call and speak with an actual person either. I’m stuck with a kitchen full of uncapped frames and an extractor that doesn’t work and no answers as to how they will handle it. Buyer beware.
