The steel head snapped off instantly when pushing the wire to a conduit. No excessive force was applied. Now the 90ft conduit houses the steel head god knows where. I do not recommend this product.

Absolutely worthless product. It literally broke on the very first use—just trying to run two simple ropes for a swimming pool line, and it snapped instantly. The build is so flimsy it feels like it was designed to fail. A complete waste of money and an embarrassment in terms of quality. Do yourself a favor and avoid this junk at all costs.

Unfortunately the material used has a minimum bend radius larger than the spool it came on. Arrived broken in several dozen places, every few feet. Totally unusable. Customer support was excellent at helping resolve the situation!
