Used it the moment I received it. Was pulling a small gauge signal wire above the t-bar ceiling line and the hook came off with out much effort. It did not get caught anything. Decided to keep it anyways. Everything else looks well built. If you are planning to pull cables with this, check the line hook for craftsmanship first. By the way, it's also hard to turn the wheel to retract the fish line. Maybe it will loosen up overtime. .

The steel head snapped off instantly when pushing the wire to a conduit. No excessive force was applied. Now the 90ft conduit houses the steel head god knows where. I do not recommend this product.

First of all: The item never arrived. I only gave 3 stars because a rating is required, but I cannot properly evaluate the product. I had to deal with the AI support to explain that the package, although marked as delivered on Vevor.de, never actually arrived. Afterwards, the human agent simply repeated that, according to the tracking, it had been delivered. For DHL deliveries, we have a large parcel mailbox as a designated drop-off location where the package should have easily fit, and I am also at home most of the time. No one accepted this package. I clearly offered reasonable solutions: resend the item, issue a refund, or obtain proof of delivery from the carrier. Instead, I received a generic and unhelpful response telling me to check with neighbors and to contact the carrier myself. This is not acceptable. The support provided in the chat is simply inadequate, and shifting the responsibility to the customer is not the right approach. I only checked the tracking on VEVOR.de after receiving the request to leave a review. I never received any delivery notification email, which is why I could not take action on the supposed delivery date.

Je l’ai bien reçu mais non utilisable car le fil est à l’intérieur et j’ai l’impression que c’est un retour que l’on m’a envoyé !!!! De plus en cinq j’ai essayé de contacter plusieurs fois le sac sans retour de leur part….donc déçu car j’en ai besoin!!!

Aiguilles de mauvaise qualité car des la première utilisation l'aiguille c'est cassé sans forcer.

O produto anunciado nas imagens e video apresenta recolha automática. O produto enviado é de recolha manual. Para mim é burla pura!

First time I went to use this was on a 150 ft pull. The fish broke in half couple inches from the head. Won’t buy again Very disappointed.

Produit non conforme à la présentation du site vevor. Et pire encore non conforme à la notice. Aiguille faite en trèsse et pas d'un seul morceau. Et ne se devise pas au bout. Comme presiser sur la notice
