This is by far the easiest brake flaring tool that I have ever used. I've used it with copper nickel brake line and the flares are perfect. I've also tried it on 3/16 steel brake lines, but unfortunately it can't seem to handle the harder material. If your working with softer material, this tool is perfect.

Works really good just wished it came with both dies even has a place in the box for it . Quality isn't bad for the price .

Only used a couple of times but works very well compared to using the impact version . The hose that comes on it is too short because it makes it awkward to use . I will add a longer hose to make it easier to use . But for the price it will be a useful tool at reasonable price . It expanded a 3" exhaust pipe with ease . It was delivered with one latch broke but no big deal .

Great and quick to make piping . Good for a decent fix at home . Made it easy to Quiet down my duramax . Used the 4” it fit together perfectly. Vevor came through yet again.

I have worked in the exhaust business for many years and have used a few tools made to do the expanding job with an impact or Ratchet. This is one of the few that when used properly does a fantastic job. Its well built and durable and at a very good price. You cant go wrong.

Great tool for the price. My only complaint is the bulkiness of this compared to other hydraulic kits. The inserts are quite large, but it still works good.

This is really good for copper but when using stainless steel it doesn't seem to work really good try to use it on stainless steel and it didn't work too good

I bought this primarily for the double flare feature, specifically the 3/8'' tube size and wanted to use it on stainless steel tube. That said, the first time I used it the 3/8'' tube just pushed right out of the holding die and didn't produce a double flare at all, just a single flare with a small double edge. Frustrated, I tried it again with the tube protruding further from the die, thinking I just hadn't had it tight enough or the tube wasn't far enough forward. Same result, and this time I'd marked the tube and could see how much it had pushed back out of the die. To make a long story shorter, I put the two die halves into my mill and removed .008'' from each mating face and now it works correctly. I didn't think that should have been needed, but it was, at least for the 3/8'' die set. I haven't used any of the other die sets yet so don't know if this is going to be needed on those as well, we'll see. Anyway, all the dies and the corresponding flare mating tools are in the kit, maybe it needs to be fine tuned a bit, but the price is right, the hydraulic part works really easily and I'm happy, lots of stuff you buy nowadays doesn't even work; all the parts are here, it just needs a little finessing.
