A great product for keeping liquids hot and it lives up to the claims about how long liquid remains hot. One drawback is that we used it for hot apple juice and we cannot now get rid of that smell and taste - can no longer use it for hot water for tea for example. We did get advice from company about leaving hot water and lemon slices in it - helped a bit but after two repeated attempts - the apple juice smell and taste is still there!! So if planning to use it for hot water only, or for another particular hot liquid only then sure it is a great product

Købt to til en spejdergruppe til saftevand på de varme dage. Kravet var let at fylde, transportere, rengøre og skænke fra - og det lever den til fulde op til. Flad bund (der dog passer ned over en dispenser af samme model så de kan stables), og uden stel der kan brække sammen. Måske kunne man ønske sig et eller andet der kan hæve den, så man kan få en kop ind under - men det er fint at have den stående på kanten af et bord - og et stel ville bare fylde eller gå i stykker. Så samlet set rigtig godt og robust produkt til vores formål - koster lidt ja, men jeg synes det er billigt - jeg forventer også vi har dem om 10 år.

je suis très contente de mon achat, un petit plus serait d'avoir un joint d'étanchéité au niveau du couvercle. Et le top serait un robinet en métal pour qu'il n'y est aucun contact avec du plastique.

I love this product. It holds a lot of tea and beverage. Thank you for this amazing product. The rubber sealer comes off though. So just make sure you put it back on

Does what it's intended to. Didn't have to rinse it/load it with hot water like they suggest. It keeps the liquid hot for a good 6-7 hours anyways. If u need it to last longer than yes sure. We did hot apple cider and chocolate. I knocked a star off because when transporting the seal does not work so great and always leaked. The pressure release valve on top of the lid doesn't release pressure automatically which slows down the flow when you are dispensing. If you are noticing this, just press the lid valve down while dispensing, this will help increase flow. We used this twice every week and althoight we are happy with how hot it kept everything, having to wrap it in garbage bags to transport and cleaning it up before use was such a hassle because it would leak everywhere.
