Very disappointed: Received this dispenser just before our camping trip. Washed it and the spigot, as per instructions. Replaced the spigot with washers and tightened. It drips one drop/5 seconds despite tightening to the maximum. This has become, therefore, a useless product with expensive postage to return. Other reviews confirm that the company is unreliable with returns. How unfortunate for all.

I suppose technically its not a review of the dispenser, because it never arrived. After 2 weeks, no shipping updates after the first one, and countless emails with Vevor I had to lodge a dispute via PayPal to get a refund.

I purchased these for use in my store and later decided to use them as beverage dispensers for a banquet. They appeared clean, well-insulated, and sturdy, so I filled one with lemonade and one with water. Before leaving, I tightly secured the screw-on lids and loaded them into my car. During transport, they tipped over. I wasn't concerned because the lids were firmly attached. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the banquet, 1 kilometer away. both containers had leaked completely. Two gallons of lemonade and two gallons of water had soaked through my trunk. The lids never came off, but they clearly do not provide a watertight seal. What is the purpose of a screw-on lid if it cannot prevent liquid from escaping when the container tips over? To make matters worse, after the event one of the lids itself was still holding lemonade inside it. Not only does the lid fail to seal the container, it doesn't even keep liquid contained within the lid. These may be fine if they remain upright at all times, but they are not suitable for transporting beverages. I would not trust them for any event where accidental tipping is possible.

Testé avec eau chaude, 4 heures, à voir avec boissons autres ou boissons fraiches, nombre d'heures réelles. Un joint sur le couvercle serait peut-être utile pour garder la chaleur ou froid

This thing was fine, it certainly doesn’t keep the water hot for 6 hours…more like 1 hour which is a bit of a pain. It’s fine for the price but don’t get too excited…you get what you pay for. Would I buy it again…probably not.

During my first use it leaked. I took the spout off, added plumber’s tape and food grade silicone glue but I would have preferred had it arrived functional.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté cette thermos "grand volume" pour ce que j'ai cru être un bon produite de la marque VEVOR.... Je suis très déçu de la qualité de ce produit. Qui est incapable de conserver au chaud une boisson. En effet, malgré le fait d'avoir remplir intégralement la thermos avec de l'eau chaude pour la mettre à la bonne température intérieure, et d'avoir ensuite remplacer l'eau par du café chaud sorti immédiatement de la cafetière, la boisson n'était que juste tiède moins de 1h30 après l'avoir mise dedans... Cette thermos n'est pas suffisamment isolée. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il en est avec des boissons fraîches mais c'est absolument non conforme pour les boissons chaudes. Je suis très déçu 😢😠
