Das Produkt ist bereits beschädigt bei mir angekommen. Im Inneren war etwas kaputt, sodass der dritte Getränkebehälter überhaupt nicht funktioniert und somit nicht nutzbar ist. Ich habe bereits das VEVOR-Team kontaktiert, aber leider bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Dabei habe ich sogar vorgeschlagen, mir entweder einen Rabatt auf meinen nächsten Einkauf zu gewähren oder das beschädigte Produkt zurückzunehmen. Leider habe ich mit VEVOR keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde hier in Zukunft definitiv nicht mehr einkaufen.

U KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ASS... SO EVERY TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM NOW WHEN YOU GET ONE STAR, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

Very bad machine doesn’t function , very weak not happy at all

bought the machine, and it was wobbly. The legs are not adjustable, so if it is not balanced, there is no real fix. They would not offer a refund until after 15 requests and after I called my credit card company. The machine makes the drinks cold. It does leak a little so I definitely wouldn't buy it. It's great for tradeshows or for low stakes events, but definitely not commercial grade.

Bought 2 machines and both not working properly. 1 keeps leaking and trips the power and the other is not cooling.

The customer service is poor; I haven't received a response since I got the product. It was faulty right from the start and is malfunctioning, yet there is no response from VEVOR. I have a brand-new but damaged product that I can't use, and I need a response regarding this, please. It isn't fair that I bought a brand-new product only for it to malfunction—after all, I bought it to actually use, not to keep as an ornament. I need you to address this, please, because I keep writing to you but never get a positive response.

Extremely disappointed. I bought three commercial beverage dispensers, and all of them leak and make excessive noise. Customer support couldn’t resolve the issues despite multiple attempts. Poor quality and not suitable for commercial use. Not recommended.
