Das Produkt ist bereits beschädigt bei mir angekommen. Im Inneren war etwas kaputt, sodass der dritte Getränkebehälter überhaupt nicht funktioniert und somit nicht nutzbar ist.
Ich habe bereits das VEVOR-Team kontaktiert, aber leider bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Dabei habe ich sogar vorgeschlagen, mir entweder einen Rabatt auf meinen nächsten Einkauf zu gewähren oder das beschädigte Produkt zurückzunehmen.
Leider habe ich mit VEVOR keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde hier in Zukunft definitiv nicht mehr einkaufen.

Customer service is a bunch of ignorant whiny. B******, I'd like to come on here. When you leave negative comments and constantly update for their piss service. So f*** y**. U KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ASS... SO EVERY TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM NOW WHEN YOU GET ONE STAR, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

bought the machine, and it was wobbly. The legs are not adjustable, so if it is not balanced, there is no real fix. They would not offer a refund until after 15 requests and after I called my credit card company. The machine makes the drinks cold. It does leak a little so I definitely wouldn't buy it. It's great for tradeshows or for low stakes events, but definitely not commercial grade.
