Bac arrivé endommagé, mais pas très grave car j'ai récupéré celui du boulot où la machine ne fonctionnait plus (ce qui aurait dû m'alerter). Au bout de 2 semaines elle affiche constamment un code d'erreur E0 alors que la machine est remplie d'eau comme il faut. Quelques cl à peine et un goût de résistance grillé il semblerait ? Du moins c'est à cela que ça me fait penser. J'ai écrit au SAV, j'attends un retour maintenant mais pour le prix je suis assez déçue si c'est pour qu'elle tombe en panne aussi rapidement...

Aparatul funcționează ok, însă apa are gust de cauciuc din cauza furtunelor din interior.

La macchina è poco robusta. La vaschetta raccogligoccie è magnetica e si stacca con facilità. Molto rumorosa. Il display centrale è illeggibile. Utile la scelta della temperatura e del quantitativo di acqua desiderata. Nessuna conformità alimentare. Istruzioni non italiano.

Je suis une PRO Vevor quasiment tous mes appareils viennent de vevor. J'ai confiance en la qualité. Mais là, grande est ma déception, on croirait un jouet pour enfants ce distributeur d'eau chaude. Matériaux de basse qualité, pèse à peine 1kg. Waouh, je n'en reviens pas. C'est bien une première. Ca fait vraiment gadget à ce prix là. Pour consommation dans le cadre de mon association, elle ne va pas faire long feu et c'est bien dommage

Doesn’t heat water as described looks good sleek design but got weird after taste and heats up to 180 F max

First the machine is okay but you will have fix it. The valve at the bottom of the water tank doesn't open far enough to let the water to through. I had to build it up with some CA glue so it push open far enough to let the water through. So got that all fixed and filled it with water. It would be nice if the dispensed amount would go below 8 oz. But it works. So a dispensed some water set at 212°. It didn't seem that hot so I got out the digital thermometer and tested the water coming out. To my disappointment it was 180° and struggled to get it that hot. The water in the machine is room temperature so it should be able to get it to boiling no problem but it does not. So if you're okay fixing it before you can use it and don't want the water to heat up higher than 185° then this is a great unit. I just don't think I should have to repair the bad design. It should work out of the box and heat to the advertised temperature.

I cannot recommend it because even after many attempts at cleaning and rinsing, the plastic taste in the water does not disappear and I do not want anyone to develop health problems because a product could leak dangerous substances into the drinks we consume. I do not know what substances leak into the drinks but the water is purified and remineralized and after passing through the device it gets the strange taste. I recommend that anyone who has the device try the water at 40-50 degrees and taste it to see if they experience the same problems because tea or coffee tends to cover the strange taste. I'm not even trying anything with this device anymore, it's just collecting dust.

The hot water dispenser worked for only 3wks then quit while dispensing hot water. The display lights up, but no water comes out. I think the pump failed. Return/refund process was a bit long but the issue was resolved satisfactorily.

Purchased two at the same time with the extended warranty, one as a Christmas present and one for myself. When I opened the first one the day I received it from Vevor and filled it with water it leaked and failed to bring the water up to correct temp. I then decided to open the second and it to did not bring the water up to the proper temp. in addition this dispenser had a crack in the plastic. I then contacted Vevor to return the water dispensers. (provided pictures) what should have been a simple return became a negotiation over several days to get a refund. Why? Why pay for a warranty if you are not going to honour it? Poor quality product and really poor customer service. You lost my trust as a retailer.
