TERESA Works, but has its downfalls
The only negative thing I can say regarding this urn is the coffee basket holes are too large. We do not use this coffee urn at a church or community center etc. This is our home coffee pot since we received it. We have to use a paper filter in the basket to keep the coffee grounds from falling through.
I do wish it had a temp dial on it. When the coffee gets low, around the 3 - 4 cup level, the heating element burns the coffee.

The coffee urns work well, however one has already broken within just two months of regular, light use. Very disappointed.

Plastic handle that holds lid broke, on second use. I'm guessing it was cracked or something maybe during shipping cause it's a clean break. Otherwise the coffee maker was great work for office parties.

Arrived with broken basket which makes it useless. I asked for a new basket or refund. Vevor first offered me $10 refund. I refused. They then offered me $20.00. I refused. What is the sense giving me a partial refund when the coffee maker does not work without a basket. Just send the basket and I will be satisfied. I eventually accepted $20 refund because this was getting crazy and Vevor was hoping to wear me out which they did. My advice this particular coffee maker because it comes with a very poorly made thin plastic coffee basket that will will never last in use
