I have bought this item twice. Works well until about a year, after a year it starts leaking out the back and only produces half the amount of distilled water. I wouldn’t buy this again, save your money and buy a product that will last!

Randy Stopped working after 1 year, no warranty
Unit stopped working after a bit over 1 year, and no warranty is available.
It now wont heartbeat 92 Celsius so cannot distill water, and I cannot initiate a warranty claim

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM VEVOR - This is the worst company I have ever delt with. The Item I ordered arrived damaged I contacted the company immediately but no they didn’t respond until a few days later. After several attempts to get them to do anything they finally responded with, we could send you a replacement part that YOU will have to install by completely disassemble the device. I said ok, if that’s the best you can do.
VEVOR never sent the part and closed out the ticket.
What a worthless bunch of dirt bags!!!! This is cheap Chinese SH*T crap to begin with.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, no offer to send back the damaged item, no offer to fix the issue just excuses and no action.
This company sucks and NO ONE should EVER Order from VEVOR!!!

ATTENTION! I bought this countertop distiller and it arrived damaged. I contacted vevor right away to make it right. That started me on a twilight zone 8 week time loop from hell with no resolve. vevor does not stand behind what they sell. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought this product and it was damaged upon opening the box.
Sent numerous Emails asking for advice on replacing the damaged part.
It’s been a month and no one has contacted me, except through email saying they are sorry and will fix the problem.
I was told via email that they do not have a phone contact number to call.
Not happy at all. Shocking support
