I received the Water Distiller and it looks like it was pre-owned. There is a huge dent in the front of the unit. It looks like it was dropped and re-packaged. It still works and it took so long to deliver that I really needed it days ago. Since it works I will keep it but will not buy any more of their products.

Innerhalb der ersten zwei Monate bekam der Wassertankboden ein Loch, und die Firma nahm ihn weder zurück noch tauschte ihn aus, sondern erstattete nur einen Betrag für die Reparatur. Ein Jahr später riss der Tank oben auf und ist nun nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

Nach ein Monat Ventilator kaputt gegangen!

Impossible de trouver un mode d’emploi precis en français. Impossible d’obtenir de l’eau distillée au bout d’une heure!!!! Je regrette que Leroy Merlin travaille avec des «  made in china «  aussi nul et cher!!!! Je regarderai à deux fois avant de commander par le biais de Leroy Merlin : belle arnaque

I am disappointed. After unpacking and reading the instructions, I assembled the device. There is a dent on the side of the machine. After I plugged it into the wall socket, it does not receive power, does not show the signal on the display and the device does not start. It is not possible to report a defective product on your system.

Despite carefully following all the cleaning instructions (including running the initial rinse-cleaning cycle and properly preparing the charcoal filter), the water still tastes extremely unpleasant. We have used the machine more than five times, and the result remains the same — the water is undrinkable.

Bought in may 2025, worked well until last week where it leaked water from the corroded stainless steel vessel. Either the stainless is very thin and has limited number of cycles or it is not stainless and just corroded away after 9 months of moderate use. Perhaps 316 stainless would improve the product. Disappointing as the water was great.

I have bought this item twice. Works well until about a year, after a year it starts leaking out the back and only produces half the amount of distilled water. I wouldn’t buy this again, save your money and buy a product that will last!

Unit stopped working after a bit over 1 year, and no warranty is available. It now wont heartbeat 92 Celsius so cannot distill water, and I cannot initiate a warranty claim

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM VEVOR - This is the worst company I have ever delt with. The Item I ordered arrived damaged I contacted the company immediately but no they didn’t respond until a few days later. After several attempts to get them to do anything they finally responded with, we could send you a replacement part that YOU will have to install by completely disassemble the device. I said ok, if that’s the best you can do. VEVOR never sent the part and closed out the ticket. What a worthless bunch of dirt bags!!!! This is cheap Chinese SH*T crap to begin with. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, no offer to send back the damaged item, no offer to fix the issue just excuses and no action. This company sucks and NO ONE should EVER Order from VEVOR!!!
