An absolutely beautiful piece of engineering and equipment very efficient has every setting on it and you could imagine for distilling water at least plus it will make distilled wine surprise surprise, who knew? Quite an impressive piece of Equipment really as a fellow who worked around machines and Equipment all my life. That is a very nice piece. And really quite substantial.

Bloody awesome item works better than expected and a breeze to useq I've been using it to purify my bore water to drink as my rain water tank has cracked now waiting for the pve welder to repair my water tank

Was pleasantly surprised by the size (this is the larger model) but did require some re-arrangement of my smallish kitchen benchtop. As a bonus whilst operating it puts out nice warm dry air (44 degrees C) from the top fan which will be great in a Tasmanian winter ! Does what it says and I am looking forward to not having to buy bottled water any more as I refuse to drink the chemicals they put in our tap water. Only negative is the poor quality English used in the instructions meaning you often have to puzzle out what they mean as I was putting the Distiller parts together which luckily on a small appliance like this doesn't need rocket science. Vevor get English speakers to write your instructions not Chinese speakers who have learnt some English !!! Pay me and I'll do it !

The unit is great, no more buying containers with deminerilisd water Now i use two containers time after time with making my own demineralised water. Short time to produce fresh CPAP water and Robust equipment Very worthwhile gear and great Business

Works great, tested the water after and there were no contaminants. A little advice if distilling chlorinated water - fill up the unit to the fill mark, leave the lid off then turn the unit, boil the water for about 20 minutes with the lid off (and use your range hood fan to vent the chlorine smell). This will drastically help with the chlorine taste (as chlorine boils off before water). If you do not do this 1st, the distilled water WILL smell and taste like chlorine.

It’s a great unit. Use it everyday, at least 3 times a day. Works great! I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase. We have very hard water where we live and this take out all the crap. Buy yourself a big bag of citric acid for cleaning.

Quick note: I suggest you don’t attach the top part for about 30 minutes and let it run under a vent hood to get rid of VOCs. After that, attach the top part and start distilling. My only complaint is the loose handles on the glass of the water container.
