There is no support from VEVOR. The number they have provided in their homepage, don't answer at all. I have tried several times during their working hours, but a record says always " There is no support at the moment, contact later". When I also use "Online chat", there is a machine who is answering and repeating the same thing. After 10 times communication still I didn't get my answer.

Wenn ich bei einem Gerät was um die 90 Euro kostet anschliessend fast 70 Euro "Zollgebühren" zahlen muss (in die Schweiz), dann habt ihr eindeutig den falschen Versandpartner, denn das fühlt sich wirklich nurnoch wie ein Scam an. Zur Erinnerung: der schweizer Zoll möchte 8% Mwst sowie manchmal um die 5 CHF Kontrollgebühren.

I bought and got the device in 4 days. The glass holder for water was brocken on delivery. I contacted support and wanted to send back. I had to get response during 48 hours. Now i am over a week without response. I want refund or at last new glass holder for water. If all works here like this, i will never more buy at this store!

The unit arrived and appeared to be of good quality, well packaged with no damage. Unfortunately, the thing would not even power up the very first time it was plugged in, which was a major bummer. I was really looking forward to no longer wasting money on gallons of distilled water month after month, which will now continue unless I am provided an operational unit.

I received the distiller but it was damaged beyond use. Contacted customer service and a new unit was ordered as a replacement.

Be very careful before ordering from this site. I have been trying to return this distiller and keep getting the run-around. I have dont what they have asked and the water still smells burnt.

I feel disrespected by what was sent to me!
