I really like the product. It's quite astounding the amount of impurities which remain when a jug of water is distilled. The only issue being with the instruction leaflets/booklets. Although quite straight-forward to operate, the instructions cause confusion and are not clear as they are written in very poor English. It is very frustrating reading them and trying to ascertain what exactly is meant.

Gutes Geräte nur die Angabe von 4 Liter passt nicht. läuft gut und mit der geringeren Wattzahl reicht es voll und ganz. Würde ihn wieder kaufen

En general muy bien. La única pega que veo es que al vaciar el agua de la jarra a la botella se sale una parte. Creo que debería tener el pitorro de la jarra más adaptable a una botella. Lo veo desiado ancho. Por lo demás muy bien. Yo estoy muy contenta.

The device works well. But, unfortunately, the package is different from what is shown in the picture and in the description. The package includes a plastic container for collecting water, not a glass one. Disadvantage 2. The outlet nozzle with activated carbon constantly lowers during operation.

I received a different item. I contacted them already and hope that it will be resolved soon.

Zamówiłam destylator wody, ale niestety nie jestem zadowolona z zakupu. W opisie produktu było napisane, że dzbanek na wodę będzie szklany. Właśnie dlatego zdecydowałam się na zakup tego modelu. Niestety otrzymałam dzbanek plastikowy. Uważam, że opis produktu powinien odpowiadać temu, co klient faktycznie otrzymuje. Jestem rozczarowana, ponieważ oczekiwałam szklanego dzbanka, zgodnie z informacją podaną w opisie.

There is no Glass jug but a plastic jug, trying to refund it. The delivery stated 16:00- 18:00 but they showed up way early midday, lucky i was home. disappointed overall.

no idea how the product is, because the contractor (GLS) who was supposed to deliver the package never attempted to deliver it to me and only delivered it to a package shop 20 minutes away.... not the service I expected

Una pena , pero nunca me llegó el destilador , el servicio de mensajería es horrendo , ahora si dejaran pagar contra reembolso , la cosa cambiaría a mejor , por que ahí si harán todo lo posible por entregar el pedido y Cojer el dinero
