I've bought 3 of these for family members but one of them broke after only a few use unfortunately. i couldn't complete the warranty process was too complicated unfortunately.

Llevo usándolo como un mes. Funciona bien pero tengo dos comentarios desfavorables, el primero que traerlo a Canarias cuesta 70 euros, y el segundo que se está picando (puntitos de óxido) el fondo del vaso.

El aparato resultó dañado en su placa interna (soy técnico electrónico) y el servicio posventa no contestó una sencilla pregunta sobre el valor de una resistencia quemada, no contestaron a la pregunta y prometieron mandar la plaquita interna completa sin cargo: nunca la mandaron. El servicio posventa tiene muy buenas palabras pero NO cumplen. Al final sin responder una sencilla pregunta ni mandar la placa prometida me reembolsan 32 € por una aparato que me costó mas de 100 € y que no ha durado ni seis meses.

Chouette produit mais sans notice en français ! La législation l'oblige pourtant... C'est tellement rassurant en tant que client. Dommage, mais du coups j'ai mis du temps à le démarrer après mon achat.

I got to use it for about a week. The cord blew on it. This is the second machine I've got where the cord blew up. It wasn't wet, I am extremely cautious about that. So I don't know why this keeps happening. Last time it happened they offered to send me replacement parts That I never received. I'm not even going to bother trying this time. Just have to order a 4th one now and hope this one works.

Bin hier von einem Destilliergerät ausgegangen. Es riecht sehr unangenehm und ist sehr groß. Ausserdem wird ein Filter mit etwas schwarzen drinnen gefiltert. Auch das Wasser riecht unangenehm. Ich möchte das Gerät zurückschicken, aber dies wird mir nicht kostenfrei gestattet. Take care...

Used it for a couple of months, and the heating filament is busted. Looking for a way to remove and change the filament.

Apparently it’s a circuit board issue, but customer service has been impossible to deal with. It’s been weeks and the issue has yet to be resolved. I have never experienced this before, extremely disappointed.
