I had the 30 litre still before this 70 litre one, so knew what to expect. It's basically the same, but with a bigger container. It's nice to have all new bits as after 2 1/2 years some of the tap connectors were getting worn and I was looking for spares. I used a 100 litre barrel of water to feed the pump on the 30 litre still. I needed to up this to 200 litre as it will get hot before the process is finished. Doing my first trial run I was using pans of cold water to keep the condenser cool towards the end. I'll find out if 200 litre is enough on the next batch, The instruction manual lists a few projects. I'm just distilling alcohol from excess wine material. I don't know how it does on those other jobs. If I had to suggest an improvement, the cooling water (hot) pipe goes soft when hot and reduces flow. A spring cil around the pipe of angle piece might support it better, (or else a loop of wire hanging from the ceiling) but these things are manageable. If you use big barrels of water like me, you will need moretubing than in the box, but it's easy enough to buy.

Good outfit for the money, I run about half full, heats up quickly, makes pretty good stuff. Easy to use, everything is in one unit.

Jó minőségű anyagból készült, a heggesztések lehetnének szebbek is, de a funkciót nem befolyásolja. Jók a kiegészítő termékek, ezeket mind külön kellene megvásárolni, így viszont ezzekel is spórol az ember. Érdemes réztöltetet beszerezni, valamint digitális maghőmérőt a precízebb lepárlás érdekében, mivel a toronyban lévő bimetálos hőmérő kissé lassan reagál a változásokra. Összeségében megéri, de talán az 50 literes jobb választás lett volna számomra. Kiváló pálinkát lehet vele főzni, ha bizonyos dolgokat betartassz a folyamatok során.

This is probably the best distiller on the market when it comes to price-quality-features. It is very versatile with its center column, as you can even place flavored fruits or botanicals on that mesh. The bottom is doubled i believe and well built. It even has a false bottom and comes with a mesh and a bag if you really want to place solids inside the boiler and have them about 10cm above the bottom. All the valves are a nice addition as you can actually re-run your heads within the same run (just by pouring them in). It is a good quality steel and I've look at al the solders and they look good. However you do need to clean it nicely before use, because it comes from the factory and it can still have leftovers from the soldering process. I also want to give a big shoutout to the Vevor Support team, because while the packaging was ok (all components fit inside the boiler), all of them were protected in shipping except the Alcoholmeter which came broken (because it's made of glass and the other components must have moved around inside and stepped on it), the Support team quickly responded to the issue and resolved the issue. They were great!

Awesome delivery time and exellent packaging. Quality product apart from few small remarks. Be careful with pot handles they fall out. Some handle rubber got tier from new.oterwise looks cool.

Habe damit jetzt mehrere Liter schnaps und Apfelsaft gemacht. Leichter Veränderungen sollten erfolgen um einen guten Erfolg zu haben. Um gute Spirituosen zu erstellen sollte man sich beim Schmickel einlesen oder yt videos zum thema schauen.
