Haven't used any of them, other than tried one on my wife for fun. Its easy to use and has quite a bit of suction. It looks like it will work as intended. Hope i never have to see.

I haven't had to use it yet thankfully, but I'm happy to have it sitting by in case we do. It seems to be a solid product and is worth having just in case.

Luckily I have not had to use this in a real scenario. However I have practice with it on myself and others and it appears to be the real deal. Hopefully I will never have to use it but it is nice to know that I have it regardless.
