I purchased this dehumidifier 15 months ago. It broke thus week and Because it is 3 months out of warranty they won’t fix it or replace it. Check Reddit reviews before purchasing. This company has terrible customer service. But from a different company.

Have tried to reach out to be or without any return Dehumidifier has being working for a couple of weeks not taken any water from the air no water for the pump to discharge Humidity stay at the same 46 in and 44 out with about a 2 F temperature difference from in and out Just doesn’t work Need to get my money back or new machine that works

It worked well for three months then stopped removing water from the air. Most likely lost its Freon. The company returned product web page requires you to upload a video but the web site is broken. So there’s no way to start a return process. Now I’m out $600. 😡 Don’t buy anything mechanical or expensive from this company.

Kicked breakers last week. It will not turn on now. I need to try to see if it will be warrantied.

Do not buy this product or anything else they sell they cant get parts to repair them one they break and they will junk. I have been dealing with this for over 2 months and still cant get the coil sensor. They told me they would help me out and replace the sensor so about 3 weeks went by they said its lost in the mail. Then they say we will give you 115 back off the unit that is 650 what is that going to do noting. They again agree to help me get the part 2 weeks later it lost again. I would run and stay far away from this company they sell bad products that they cant get replacement parts. So now I had a product that is junk and cant do nothing with. I would buy somewhere else...

Arrived defected and CFM rating is actually 200-215 CFM not the 540 as advertised

Freezes up solid

This was a hefty price for a unit that only lasted about a year. The unit froze up, but was still running. Unplugged to defrost and clean the coils and filter, plugged back in…will not run at all. $400 paperweight under my house.

Fan would run but unit would not function. Took the plastic case off to find compressor oil all over the inside! Dead unit! Replacement is out of stock

The unit did not work from day one!!!! Customer service is terrible two weeks of going back and forth with them just to get a refund! I’ll never buy another Vevor product AGAIN ,because of their lousy customer support alone. They do not have a phone number to contact them, chat/email is the only way to communicate and you can send them a message only to wait for 24 hours just to get a generic reply telling you to wait for 24 to 48 hours for them to work on a solution only for them to say that time and time again
