When it works, it does fine. Issue is it loses its setting about twice a month and resets to 60% even when we have had no power outages. It also resets itself if you have a power outage to 60%, which sucks as well. Has no MEMORY!!!!

Worked great until it didn’t. Unit worked great for a few months Kept newly remodeled basement very dry and comfortable. Then unit stopped removing humidity. Unit would come on and display worked , but compressor was not coming on. Customer service is just ok. After many emails back and forth with Vevor , consisting of low ball refund offers I finally got a full refund. A rather frustrating process.

worked OK, last year when I received it. humidity was still higher than other dehumidifiers I've owned before. this year it doesn't want to remove any water from the air. not sure if i purchased an extended warranty. disappointed that I have to replace it allready

Arrived nicely in the box, set it up, let it sit for a day and the screen has an error for a failed sensor.. so not a great start

This could have been a five star review if the unit didn’t stop working after 11 months. The features were great. It was a good price. while it worked. Didn’t realize the auto defrost function wasn’t working until after 12 month warranty was up. Place call and started working with customer support at 13 months. First, customer support only response to email. No phone number. Second, for my issue, the unit cannot be repaired. Their best solution was to have it repaired, which can’t be done, and they will provide me approximately a 20% refund. I bought a commercial unit that has now lasted half the time of a residential unit. I would not recommend. I am out hundreds of dollars and have no unit to keep my basement dry.

Overall is a good unit and works well, just not good for a crawl space in a home. The unit is too loud and you can hear it up in the house running through your floors. Would not recommend this unit for residential use.

Unit fails to start after 1 year of use

Compressor on unit stopped working after 13 months. Unit is garrentied for 1 year. Works good till it stops working.

I ordered the VEVOR 125 pint dehumidifier and received it quickly, but this model is junk, the first one lasted just under one year and they did replace it under warranty, but the replacement unit just quit working after just 5 months. I don’t recommend buying it.

Used 1 time, would recommend a different unit for the price point Not impressed with this unit at all. Not satisfied with the unit. My residential units work better than this one.
