Bought the machine and it worked great the first season we used it. Second season pulled it out cleaned the filter set up, the machine kept freezing. Conveniently 16 days after the one year warranty expired. The price for the machine isnt bad but soend the extra $200 and get s machine that will outlast this one.

I've been using this 125-pint dehumidifier for over a year and it worked wonderfully until recently. It suddenly stopped maintaining the desired humidity level, despite the fan and compressor running. Temperature is within a proper range (65f-75f), the air filter has been cleaned, and the drain hose is clear, and icing is minimal, but it only ran for couple of minutes before giving up. Overall, I was very satisfied with its performance, but not recommending this unit for a long-term dehumidifier system for a basement unless I hear from the service department to help troubleshoot and repair the unit.

After less than a year of usage, this dehumidifier freezes up every single day without fail. It did not do this initially, but either has leaked refrigerant or the auto defrost feature has failed. I submitted a support ticket to try to get repair or replacement, and received an automated response that "This is just a quick message to confirm that your request has been received, and our team is already actively looking into all the details to ensure we provide the most thorough and accurate assistance possible. You can expect our team to reach back out to you with a comprehensive update within the next 48 hours.". I never heard back until I got a message that "Your ticket has been marked as Solved. Your feedback is greatly valuable to us. Please take a moment to rate your experience with our customer service". I am extremely disappointed, as I was nervous about buying a Chinese dehumidifier, but assumed that Vevor had a brand image to protect and that they would offer some measure of warranty support, but that is not the case. This is a waste of money, know that you are rolling the dice and if it fails just months after buying it, they will ignore and gaslight you to avoid replacing their defective product.

There were no instructions and NO DRAIN HOSE. Despite asking for two weeks the drain hose is still missing and they are unwilling or unable to send a replacement or even advise the hose size. their customer service is a joke, but it isn't a funny one.

Died after one year. Worked great when it did. I bought with the hope it would last longer than a year though

Worked 1 hour and died. Customer service was a computer-generated response. No telephone number is available for customer service ever!Emails and chat requests were all computer generated responses for an entire week! When it seemed a person responded to my email they gave me a generic "we're working on it" response. ANOTHER TWO WEEKS! I finally contacted my credit card company for a chargeback. And they responded with an offer of 70$ refund and offered to send me a part for me to repair myself. I refused and demanded a return label. After a month they finally refunded my purchase price. I almost drove to New Jersey with the unit.

I've had it over a year and it stills work great. Easy to set and regulate the humidity level. Nice heavy duty construction and works better than all my previous dehumidifiers. Leave it to Vevor! A little after a year of use it quit removing humidity. The fan works great and does a great job circulating the air but no removal of humidity. Now it gets a 1 Star!

Only 3 months old and I am getting an error message and your site has no number to call. I tried your live chat which didn't work. I filed a report and was told you would be getting back to me but it's been 2 days and I have heard nothing.

Well i was very impressed when it arrived and I set it up. Worked amazing for 1sr month and just went down hill. The compressor is toast. I did buy extended warranty but it seems to be a waste as I am just getting the run around. This will be my last product I purchase from vevor that runs on 120
