Keeps the room nice and stable humidity, works best at warm temperatures like 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit

De-humidifier works well but unit is advertised as 125 pint capacity and the owners manual states it capacity is only 100 pints. Misleading information on website.

Great product compared to consumer dehumidifiers. I only gave it 4 stars because my product was missing parts. (Adjustable feet and Vent cover adapter).

nice product , make sure it works out of the box, other wise better than most . it does use propane gas , not a big deal . It does drain a lot of water .

The unit arrived quickly. I installed the feet, then installed the 7 inch vent. I plugged the unit in to my surprise, the unit would not come on. I received a dead unit. I contacted Vevor customer service and they refunded my money. They told me that I could keep the unit so I gave it to the church and they tried to fix it but no luck. We tried to order a replacement circuit board, but they would not sell me one because the unit was refunded. We just to throw it away. So Sad

Didn't even last me a year before no longer pulling moisture. Customer Support was no help. Never again.

Worked great for a week and then the float for the pump quit working. It has been taking forever to get the issue resolved with customer service

Il déshumidifie bien mais la pompe est terrible très bruyante et le fait qu’a chaque fois que tu étain l’appareil elle s’active meme si il as pas d’eau est désagréable. J’aurais aimé un interrupteur pour la désactiver

I suppose I am just less than impressed. At this size I would think I could keep our basement at a much lower humidity level. We had stander 70-90 pt units that have kept the levels lower than the 48% that this unit can get down to. Without is on the basement is only in the mid to upper 50% range so we are barely lowering it 10%. I don't believe I would purchase again.

It arrived fast but did not work right from the get go. Talked with Vevor and we came to the conclusion that it was a bad unit so they refunded me. I have to say vevor communication was top shelf and they fixed their issue with out problems. I Would buy from them again however maybe best to investigate if the item buying has issues first.
